60 minute In person or Telephone Meeting

10 minute check in for existing clients that have already had an initial conference with the attorney.  If you are not an existing client - your appoint will be removed.  All meetings will be telephonic unless otherwise specified or requested.

10 Minute -Check In / Strategy Conference  (Existing Clients)

15 Minute strategy meeting with existing clients to prepare case strategies.  If you are not an existing client - your appointment will be removed.  All meetings will be telephonic unless otherwise specified or requested.

15 / 20 Minute - (Existing Clients) Case Strategy Meeting

5 minute initial (first time talking to Ericka) telephone meeting with new court-appointed clients.  If you are not a new court appointed client - your appoint will be removed.  All meetings will be telephonic unless otherwise specified or requested.

5 / 10 Minute - (Initial Court Appointed Client Meeting)

Must be actual client, others can attend
Must choose office or phone- PUT ON CALENDAR EVENT
SET 2-4 weeks out (CHECK COURT DATE- do not set appointment after court date) 
if client states a specific question/ concern put in calendar event

New Client Introduction Meeting

Client that has talked to me before 
Must be before their court date, as soon as possible 
Not incarcerated clients- put them on hold so that I can take the call. If I am not available, you can email me with their first and last name (including spelling), which jail

CHECK-IN (existing client)

Initial (first time speaking to Ericka) telephone conference for new court appointed clients to discuss legal issues.  All meetings will be telephonic unless otherwise specified or requested.

Family Law Consultation / Meeting

Free consultation criminal and traffic
ASAP- set same day or next day
put the charge and court if they know 
CAN be someone other than client BUT put relationship to the client, both people names (spelling) in calendar

FREE CONSULTATION/ WANT TO HIRE

Meeting with new retained or appointed clients.  These appointments are intended for individuals who have recently become clients.  If a meeting is scheduled on behalf of a perspective client, the meeting will be removed.

30 Minute Office or Telephone Appointment

Traffic Ticket consultation with prospective clients who want representation for their traffic tickets.  (Ericka Serves: Richmond, Hanover, Goochland, New Kent, Powhatan, Chesterfield, Prince George, Hopewell, Henrico)
